摘要
文章首先阐述了以就业为导向在专业人才培养模式中的重要性,然后分析了传统培养模式存在的一些问题,包括:理论课程开设太多,不利于学生学习兴趣培养;实践课程开设较少,学生动手能力不强;实习时间较短,适应能力不强,提出构建以就业为导向的新型人才培养模式。主要采取三个方面的措施来实现,即:在课程设置上下功夫,突出课程实践环节;丰富实践环节形式,提升学生动手能力;丰富校外实践基地类型,以满足教学和就业的不同需求。并对校外实训基地建设的类型进行了详细说明,体现在两个方面:一是按照就近原则,建立校外教学实训基地;根据企业实际需求状况,建立校外实习实训基地。
This paper firstly expounds the importance of employment oriented in the training mode of professional talents, and then analyzes some problems existing in the traditional training mode, including that the theory of course is too much, is not conducive to the cultivation of students' interest; practice course is less, students practical ability is not strong; the practice time is short, adaptive ability is not strong, and then puts forward a new mode of training talents based on employment oriented. It mainly takes three measures: in the curriculum work, outstanding curriculum practice; enriching practice forms, to enhance students' practical ability; enriching the type of off-campus training base, to meet the different needs of teaching and employment. This article carries on the detailed explanation to the construction type of off-campus training base in two aspects: with the principle of the nearest, building off-campus training base; according to the actual needs of enterprises, building off-campus training base.
