摘要
目的优选舒筋通络颗粒最佳矫味工艺和处方,并对其矫味效果进行综合评价。方法先采用正交实验对影响口味的乳香挥发油进行β-环糊精包合工艺优化,再采用模糊数学对处方中矫味剂的用量及工艺综合评价。结果乳香挥发油包合优化参数为:挥发油和β-环糊精的投料比为1∶8,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为180min;最佳矫味剂处方用量为0.015g·g^(-1)三氯蔗糖和0.01g·g^(-1) L-苹果酸。结论模糊数学可用于舒筋通络颗粒矫味工艺和处方的筛选,优化后的处方和工艺完全具备产业化生产条件,同时也符合相关法规要求。
Objective To optimize the process and prescription of Shujintongluo Granules,and to make a comprehensive evaluation on the effect of taste-modification.Methods By using orthogonal test,theβ-cyclodextrin inclusion process of Boswellia carterii volatile oil was optimized.Fuzzy mathematics was adopted to evaluate the prescription taste-modification dosage and process.Results The optimized parameters of theβ-cyclodextrin inclusion process of Boswellia carterii volatile oil were as follows:the ratio of Boswellia carterii volatile oil toβ-cyclodextrin was 1∶8,the inclusion temperature was 60 ℃,the inclusion time was 180min;the optimal prescription was 0.015g·g-1 sucralose,and 0.01g·g-1 L-malic acid.Conclusion The fuzzy mathematics can be used for the screening the taste-modification prescription in Shujintongluo Granules.Not only the optimized prescription and process could be applied under the industrial production conditions,but also meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
