摘要
目的探讨集中式护理干预对脑梗死患者健康教育效果的影响。方法将本科室收治的90例脑梗死患者按照区组化原则分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用集中式护理进行健康教育,比较2组健康知识掌握情况以及康复积极性。结果观察组在疾病医学知识、良肢位的摆放、康复训练知识、用药知识等健康知识方面的得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对康复的需求程度、依从程度、配合程度等康复积极性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集中式护理干预能够提高脑梗死患者的健康教育的效果,增加患者健康知识的掌握程度,提高康复积极性。
Objective ucation in patients with cerebral To explore the effect of centralized nursing intervention on health edinfarction. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction in our department were divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）, the control group received the routine health education, and the observation group used centralized nursing health education, and mastering situation of health knowledge and the positive rehabilitation were compared. Results the score of disease medical knowledge, correct placement of healthy limb, rehabilitation training knowledge, medication knowledge in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of demand for rehabilitation, compliance, and the degree of rehabilitation in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Centralized nursing intervention can improve the effect of health education in patients with cerebral infarction, increase the level of health knowledge of patients, and improve their recovery.
