摘要
通过提高铜渣在烧结过程中的配比的方法,解决铜渣堆积问题。在烧结杯试验的基础上结合微型烧结技术探索了钢渣的特性与烧结矿性能的对应关系。结果表明:烧结矿的转鼓强度与钢渣的粘结相强度的关系为正相关;低温还原粉化和还原性指标主要与铜渣的流动性指数有关,低温还原粉化与流动性指数为正相关,而还原性与其为负相关。软化开始温度主要与同化温度相关,且为负相关。
In order to slove the heap problem of steel slag and improve the ratio of steel slag. Correspondence between sintering basic characteristics and properties of sintered ore is explored on the basis of sinter-cup experiments combined with micro-sintering technology. The results show drum strength and bond phase strength of steel slag has a good correlation and they belong to positive correlation; RDI , rednctive and fluidity index of steel slag has a good correlation, RDI and fluidity index of steel slag belong to positive correlation, but reductive and fluidity index of steel slag is contrary; Softening starting temperature and Assimilation temperature has a correlation and they belong to negative correlation.
