摘要
针对现有的规模化舍饲养殖中存在的人工投料劳动强度大,投料工作效率低,投料量不精确等问题,本文设计了一种饲料投料机,介绍了其结构及工作原理,并对该投料机进行了以投料量和投料均匀度为试验指标的样机试验,试验结果表明,该机投料量和投料均匀度指标均可满足使用要求。
Aiming at the problems in the current large-scale breeding shed that the labor intensity of manual feeding is large, the feeding efficiency is low and the feeding quantity is not accurate, this paper designs a feed feeder, introduces its structure and working principle, and carries on the prototype test with the feeding quantity and the feeding uniformity as the experi- mental index. The test results show that the feeding amount and feeding uniformity indicators can meet the requirements.
