摘要
本文针对番茄苗穴盘移栽机取苗机构位置固定的现状,通过控制苗盘的进给送苗以适应取苗机构快速取苗、栽植,实现了苗盘输送的控制,通过对苗盘结构及移栽过程的分析,确定了苗盘输送机构控制流程;通过硬件选型和参数的分析计算,设计了控制系统的硬件结构及软件流程。最后,通过试验验证了该控制系统工作的准确率,达到了前期控制要求,为后期提高控制可靠性提供了技术依据。
At the instance of picking seedling machinery rigidity of transplanter plug seedlings, we designed and imple- mentation plug seedlings transport control system by control of plug seedlings feed, so as to adapt picking seedling machin- ery picking seedling and plant quickly. We first analyzed structure of plug seedlings and procedure of transplant, and con- firmed control flow. Second, we designed hardware structure and software flow by hardware selection and parameter calcu- lation. Last, we designed experiment and tested accuracy rate which reached the control requirement. The study offers technical basis for further research.
