摘要
目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者应用相关手术护理的效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年12月入我院行手术治疗的甲状腺功能亢进患者54例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各27例。对照组患者接受常规手术护理,观察组患者接受综合性手术护理干预。分析其结果,并对两组的满意度进行比较。结果经护理干预后,观察组的满意度为77.8%,明显高于对照组的55.5%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对甲状腺功能亢进患者围手术期进行护理干预,其疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of surgical nursing in the application of thyroid function hyperfunction patients. Methods From August 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, 54 patients with thyroid function hyperfunction were enrolled in the study and they all accepted surgical treatment. They were randomly divdied into two groups： the observation group and the control group, 27 cases in each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine nursing, and those in the observation group accepted comprehensive surgical nursing intervention. The satisfaction rate of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 77.8%, significantly higher than that of the control group （55.5%）, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with thyroid function hyperfunction, perioperative nursing intervention could achieve good curative efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
