摘要
目的:研究直丝弓矫治技术在牙列错颌畸形矫治中的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2014年11月~2015年12月期间所收治的82例牙列错颌畸形患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各41例,研究组应用直丝弓矫治技术,对照组应用方丝弓矫治器治疗,对比分析两组患者矫治后的PRA评分,并比较两组患者矫治完成时间。结果:研究组患者后牙排列评分明显低于对照组,PRA评分明显低于对照组,且研究组安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类矫治完成时间明显短于对照组,两组之间差异明显(P<0.05),统计学意义存在。结论:直丝弓矫治技术应用在列错颌畸形矫治中的效果明显,技术简单,方便操作,能够有效提高后牙排整齐度,且具有缩短矫治时间的优势,值得临床应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of straight wire appliance in orthodontic treatment of dentition.Methods：A total of 82 patients with malocclusion were selected as the study group from November 2014 to December 2015.They were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment methods with 41 cases in each group.The study group was treated with straight wire appliance,and the control group was treated with the edgewise appliance.The PRA score of the two groups was compared and the treatment time was compared between the two groups.Results：The score of posterior teeth in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the PRA score was significantly lower than that of the control group.The completion time of the class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group Significant （P〈0.05）,statistically significant.Conclusion：The effect of straight wire appliance is simple,easy to operate,can improve the uniformity of posterior teeth,and has the advantage of shortening the treatment time.It is worthy of clinical application.
