摘要
通过自花和异花授粉试验,研究了异花授粉对‘琯溪蜜柚’果实粒化指数和品质的影响。结果表明,异花授粉能显著地降低‘琯溪蜜柚’果实粒化指数,授粉果实种子数多少与果实粒化指数呈负相关。当种子数≥100粒时,果实粒化平均指数接近于零。同时异花授粉显著地提高‘琯溪蜜柚’汁胞可溶性固形物和总酸的含量。
Self- pollination and cross-pollination were used to study the effects of cross-pollination on granulation index and qualities of ' Guanximiyou' pummelo (Citrus grandis). The results indicated that fruit granulation index was significantly reduced under the condition of cross-pollination, the seeds number of hybrid fruit was negatively correlated with fruit granu-lation index. When the seed number was more than 100 grains, the fruit average granulation index closed to zero. Mean-while cross-pollination significantly increased the content of total soluble solids and titratable acidity of fruit juice sacs in ' Guanximiyou' pummelo ( Citrus grandis).
