摘要
目的:对硝西泮原料药中一种未知杂质进行结构确证。方法:应用HPLC-MS/MS、核磁共振(~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR)技术,对硝西泮原料药中一种未知杂质进行结构分析。结果:首次发现并确定硝西泮未知杂质的结构。结论:该方法可为硝西泮的质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of an unknown impurity in nitrazepam. Methods: HPLC-MS/MS and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR,13C-NMR) were adopted for determination of the chemical structure of an unknown impurity in nitrazepam. Results: The chemical structure of the unknown impurity was determined and identified. Conclusion: The established method can provide a complete solution for quality control of nitrazepam.
