摘要
2004年卫生部将广州管圆线虫病列为一种新发的食源性传染病,近年来陆续出现由生食或半生食被感染期幼虫感染过的蔬菜、褐云玛瑙螺、福寿螺、鱼、虾、蟹等造成广州管圆线虫病暴发的报道。该病主要侵犯人体的中枢神经系统,而病原学检测敏感性极低,因此如何诊断该病成为临床亟待解决的一大技术难题。本文就以广州管圆线虫病现代诊断技术进行综述和展望。
As a new food-borne diseases, cantonensis were recommended to report to the public by Chinese Ministry of Health since 2004. The disease was caused by eating raw or undereooked foods such as vegetables, achatina fuliea, apple snails, fish, shrimp, crab and others infested by the infectious larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis, which mainly violates human central nervous system and appear to be very difficult to diagnose clinically currently. In this article, rational diagnostic techniques for A. cantonensis were reviewed and potential application of these techniques were assessed based on literatures.
