青藏高原重大冻土工程的基础研究进展与展望 被引量:24

Progress and Prospect of the Basic Research on the Major Permafrost Projects in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

摘要 国家重点基础研究发展计划"973"项目"青藏高原重大冻土工程的基础研究"(2012CB026100)实施5年来,围绕构筑物群相互热作用机制及其与冻土环境变化的响应过程、冻土区构筑物稳定性和工程服役性能的评价方法与理论、冻土工程走廊构筑物群致灾因子与灾害评估指标体系三大科学问题开展系统研究。在走廊冻土变化及其灾害时空演化规律、多年冻土地基热、力响应的多因素耦合机制、冻土工程构筑物基础稳定性与服役性能的评价与预测、冻土工程走廊构筑物相互作用及其对环境变化的响应、冻土工程灾害评估及其防治对策等方面进行了系统而全面的基础研究工作,推动了冻土工程学科的进一步发展,维护了我国冻土工程研究的国际领先地位,研究成果将为高原工程走廊重大冻土工程规划、建设、维护和生态环境屏障建设提供科学基础。本文对项目研究的主要突出进展做了介绍,并对未来的研究工作进行了展望。 The basicresearch on the major permafrost projects in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was founded by the Nation-al Basic Research Program (973 Project) and has been conducted for 5 years. During this 5 years, the research team focused on three scientific issues, which are the thermal interaction among infrastructures within the Qinghai-Tibet engineering corridor ( QTEC), evaluation theory and method on stability and service ability of per- mafrost engineering, disease-inducing factor of perma- frost engineering and evaluation system of engineering disease. In order to solve these issues, the research team conducted systematic and comprehensive research work on the permafrost change and thaw-induced hazard evaluation within the QTEC, multi-factor coupling mechanism of thermal and mechanical responses of per- mafrost foundation to engineering disturbance and cli- mate warming, evaluation and prediction of the stability and service ability of permafrost engineering, thermal interaction of permafrost infrastructures within the QTEC and the effect of environmental change, evaluation and countermeasures of permafrost engineering disease. The research work furtherlypromotes the development of fro- zen soil engineering disciplines, and maintains the in- ternational leading position of permafrost engineering re- search of our country. The achievements will provide a scientific basis for permafrost engineering planning, construction, maintenance, and the ecological environ- ment barrier construction within the QTEC. In this pa- per, the main highlight the program are introduced, and the future research work is prospected.
