摘要
目的探讨师生双向评价护理教学质量法在护生带教中的应用。方法此次收集了于我院实习的护生86例,将护生随机分组后,对照组43例护生以传统模式带教,观察组43例护生以双向评价护理带教,比较两组护生各项实验数据。结果观察组护生理论成绩与操作考核得分均比对照组护生高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将师生双向评价护理教学质量法用于护生带教中,可有效提高护生的理论成绩与操作考核得分,提高护生的学习积极性与教学质量。
Objective To study the two-way evaluation of the quality standard of nursing teaching between teachers and students in the application of the teaching of nursing students. Methods Collected in our hospital internship of nursing students of 86 nursing students were randomly grouped to the traditional model for the control group, 43 escort students after teaching, for the observation group 43 escort students with two-way evaluation of nursing teaching, compare two groups of the experimental data of nursing students. Results The observation group theory achievement and operation assessment of nursing students scored higher than control group in nursing students, compare the differences between groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Two-way evaluation to the teachers and students of nursing teaching quality standard used in the teaching of nursing students, can effectively improve theoretical results and operation assessment points of the nursing students, improve the quality of nursing students enthusiasm of learning and teaching.
