摘要
目的对银屑病患者接受阿维A治疗的临床效果进行探讨分析,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据信息。方法以2015年4月—2016年4月我院的银屑病患者75例来进行探讨分析,将这些患者进行分组,对照组和实验组,对照组35例使用中药复方治疗方式,实验组40例接受阿维A治疗。对两组的治疗有效率进行比较分析。结果经过治疗,对照组有15例治疗显效,2例治疗有效,8例痊愈,3例好转,临床治疗有效率是80.00%,实验组患者经过治疗,共有17例痊愈,12例显效,6例有效,4例好转,治疗有效率是97.50%。两组的治疗有效率对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,实验组的治疗效果比较优秀。结论阿维A治疗银屑病的临床效果比较优秀,有效率比较高,患者的生活质量改善明显。
Objective The clinical effect of psoriasis patients treated by acitretin： A analysis to explore, to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment of information. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital 75 cases of patients with psoriasis were discussed in analysis, these patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, the control group of 35 patients with compound Chinese medicine treatment, 40 cases in the experimental group accepted the treatment of avermectin A. The efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. There was statistical difference between the two groups in the effective rate of treatment, P〈0.05, the treatment effect of the experimental group was excellent. Conclusion The clinical effect of avermectin A in the treatment of psoriasis is relatively excellent, we recommend to patients using A acitretin treatment, has a relatively high efficiency, the quality of life of the patients improved significantly, drug therapy is a very good way.
