摘要
为了研究光照、温度对西藏野生披碱草属(Elymus)牧草品种的影响,明确其适宜萌发条件,试验采用二因素完全随机设计法,以西藏三种披碱草属野生牧草[披碱草(Elymusdahuricus)、老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)和垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)]为研究对象,探讨了不同光照、温度对种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:在15,20,25,30℃恒温培养条件下,三种野生披碱草属牧草种子均有较高的发芽率;25℃为披碱草、老芒麦种子萌发的最适宜温度;30℃为垂穗披碱草种子萌发的最适宜温度;在适宜温度范围内种子萌发指标值较高,幼苗生长好。光照条件对垂穗披碱草种子萌发的影响较小,披碱草、老芒麦种子萌发的需光性为不敏感(中性)。说明垂穗披碱草适宜在我国高温、短日照地区生长;而披碱草和老芒麦适宜在我国低温、长日照地区生长。
Aim of the current study was to investigate the effects of light and temperature on wild Elymus Linn. Forage in Tibet and suitable germination conditions. Three species of Elymus wild forage in Tibet ( Elymusdahuricus, Elymus sibiricus and Elymus nutans) were chose as experimental targets, and the effects of different lights and temperatures on the seeds germination were evaluated by using Two - factors completely random design. The results showed that: At 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃ under constant temperature culture conditions, 3 kinds of wild Elymus seeds had higher germination rate, in which 25℃ is the most suitable temperature for Elymusdahuricus and El yrnus sibiricus seeds germination ; 30℃ is the most suitable temperature of Elymus nutans seeds germination ; the index Value of seed was higher in the suitable temperature range and seedlings grow best; light conditions on Elymus nutans had little effect in seeds germination; seeds germination of Elymusdahuricus and Elymus sibiricus was not sensitive neutral feature for light. These data demonstrate that explanation Elymus nutans is suitable for high temperature and short sunshine areas growth; Elymusdahuricus and Elymus sibiricus are suitable for growth in low temperature and long sunshine areas in China.
