摘要 该文首先介绍了反馈的内涵与定义,然后用两种模型阐明反馈是如何起作用的(不同的作用模型由不同的学习理论支持)。在此基础上,对反馈在"教"与"学"过程中的作用(主要从学生的"学"和教师的"教"这两个视角)做了认真分析。由于目前广大学生对反馈作用普遍感到不满意,所以该文后面着重探讨三个问题:一是剖析影响反馈质量的主要因素;二是对如何培育并加强学习者寻求和使用反馈的意识与能力做出科学论证(以便从学习者角度让反馈发挥更大的作用与影响);三是为在广大教师中积极倡导有效提供和使用反馈的规划设计给出具体建议与实施方案(以便从教育者角度让反馈发挥更大的作用与影响)。 This paper firstly introduces the feedback's connotation and definition, then uses two kinds of models to clarify that the feedback is how to play the role (The different role model is supported by the different learning theory).On this basis, to the feedback's role in the process of "teaching" and "learning", this article made a careful analysis (mainly from students' the "learning" and teacher's the "teaching" this two perspectives). Due to the students generally feel dissatisfied with the action of the feedback, so this article's emphatically discusses three questions: Firstly, analyzing the main factors affecting the quality of feedback; Secondly, the view of "how to cultivate and strengthen the learners seek and use the feedback's consciousness and ability" should be made a scientific argument (So that from the learners' perspective let feedback to play a bigger role and influence); Thirdly, in order to actively advocate for teachers, the view of "effectively provide and use feedback's planning design" should be given out specific suggestion and implementation plan(So that from the educators' perspective let feedback to play a bigger role and influence).
