红外光度法测定水质低含油量影响因素分析

摘要 系统分析红外光度法测定水质低含油量的影响因素,在改进和确定的流程下,小于1 mg/L含油量保持长期稳定,标准物质不确定度在国标允许范围内,加标回收率在99.1%~100.2%。采用自动萃取仪进行萃取后,单个试样的分析时间由30 min缩短至10 min,四氯化碳挥发对人体的伤害完全消除。 The influencing factors are systematicly analyzed for the infrared photometric method to determining of water quality and low oil content. Under the improved and certain process,the oil content of less than 1 mg/L is maintained long-term stability and uncertainty of reference material is within the national criteria,the recovery of it is between 99. 1% and 100. 2%. Analysis time is shortened from 30 min to about 10 mins and the damage to human body is eliminated by using the automatic extraction apparatus.
