摘要 断层带开采综放工作面回撤期间CO气体来源复杂,同时受本煤层采空区、邻近层采空区以及断层带裂隙沟通各种漏风通道等CO来源影响,工作面回撤期间防灭火难度大。针对屯宝煤矿I011401工作面回撤期间存在的上述防灭火技术难题,通过对工作面CO来源进行分析论证,采取了持续注氮、三相泡沫注浆以及地面回填堵漏、邻近层采空区密闭处理、邻近层工作面保护性封闭等综合防灭火技术措施,取得了良好的效果。 Affected by Carbon Monoxide derived from goal of working seam and adjacent layer, and various air leakage faultfissure communication channel, Carbon Monoxide Source is complicated and fire prevention is difficult during the retreatment offull-mechanized caving mining face. Aiming at the above existed fire-fighting technology problems during the retreatment atI011401 working face in Tunbao Coal Mine, through analysis and demonstration, technical measures were taken such ascontinuous nitrogen injection, three-phase foam grouting, backfill ground leak and mined-out area of adjacent layer airtightprocessing, mining work face protective sealing, etc. Based on these measures, good effect was achieved.
