摘要
以半桥LLC谐振变换器作为家庭光伏逆变器前级DC/DC高频隔离升压结构,实现软开关,从而提高效率,节能减排。详细分析了其实现主开关管的零电压开通和整流二极管的零电流关断的原理。针对两块光伏电池板串联输入520 W来设计谐振参数,仿真和实验验证了设计的合理性。
Using the half bridge LLC resonant converter as household PV inverter’s high frequency isolate DC/DC step-up structure,this paper can achieve soft switching,which improves the efficiency as well as saves energy and reduces emission.The principle of zero voltage turn-on of main switches and zero current shutdown of rectifier diodes is analyzed in detail.Designing resonant parameter for input power 520 W of two PV panels in series,the rationality of design is verified by simulation and experiment.
