摘要
目的:探究炎症反应对类风湿关节炎患者动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:观察组选取2015年1月至2016年4月收治的45例类风湿关节炎患者;对照组选取45例体检健康的志愿者。检测并记录两组血脂和炎症因子水平,分析炎症因子与动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)的相关性。结果:观察组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、AI水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);三酰甘油(TG)水平比对照组高,但差异无统计学意义;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率即血沉(ESR)、可溶性细胞间质黏附分子(CAM)、E选择素(s E-SE)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CRP、ESR、CAM、s E-SE与AI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:炎症反应与类风湿关节炎患者动脉粥样硬化呈正相关,可加快动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。
Objective: To explore the effect of inflammatory response on arterial atherosclerosis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: the observation group selected in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 were treated with rheumatoid arthritis patients in 45 cases; control group selected 45 cases of healthy volunteers. To detect and record the blood lipid indexes and inflammatory factors in the two groups, and to analyze the correlation between inflammatory factors and arterial atherosclerosis index (AI).Results: observation group, the total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), AI levels were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05), triglyceride (TG) level than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant, the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Observed group of patients with C reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), soluble intercellular matter adhesion molecules (CAM), e choice hormone (sE-SE) level were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). ESR, CAM, sE-SE and AI were positively correlated with CRP in the observation group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: there is a positive correlation between the inflammatory response in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis can be accelerated.Conclusion: there is a positive correlation between the inflammatory response in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis can be accelerated.
