摘要
运用正交设计法,以总黄酮的得率及其抗氧化能力为评价指标,考察提取次数、溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比4个因素对红芪总黄酮提取工艺的影响;紫外吸收法测定红芪总黄酮的含量,DPPH法测定总黄酮的抗氧化能力。结果表明,红芪总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:药材加8倍量的65%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次40 min。在此条件下红芪总黄酮的提取率25.04%,抗氧化能力最佳,DPPH自由基清除率53.55%。
Using orthogonal design method, with total flavonoids yield and the antioxidant capacity of strength as the evaluation index. The effects of extraction times,solvent concentration,extraction time,sol-id to liquid than the four factors of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari extraction effect; ultraviolet absorp-tion method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari, DPPH method deter-mination of total flavonoids antioxidant capacity. Results showed that the optimum extraction process of to-tal flavonoids of Radix Hedysari-.herhs plus 8 times the amount of 65% ethanol, extracting 3 times, each time 40 min. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of total flavonoids of Radix Hedysari was 25.04% ,and the antioxidant capacity is the best,and the DPPH free radical clearance was 53.55%.
