水基清蜡剂WPR-Ⅰ的研制及性能评价 被引量:9

摘要 为了克服油基清蜡剂毒性大、易燃和易被原油稀释等缺陷,通过对有机溶剂、表面活性剂以及互溶剂的筛选和加量优化,确定复合有机溶剂组成、复合乳化剂组成和水基清蜡剂配方。结果表明,复合有机溶剂石油醚、甲苯、煤油和二乙胺的质量比为4∶4∶1∶3,复合乳化剂二乙烯三胺、OP-10、JFC-2的质量比为4∶6∶2;水基清蜡剂WPR-Ⅰ的最佳配方为:复合有机溶剂30%、复合乳化剂15%、互溶剂5%和水50%。该清蜡剂的闪点28℃,凝点-32℃,溶蜡速率0.042 8 g/min,清蜡效果优异。 In order to overcome defects of high toxicity,flammable,easily diluted by crude oil of oil-based paraffin removal agent,the composition of organic solvent,composite emulsifier and water-base paraffin removal agent formulation have been confirmed with the screening and processing optimization of organic solvents,surfactants,and the amount of a mutual solvent. The results show that the mass ratio of composite organic solvent petroleum ether,toluene,kerosene and DETA is 4∶ 4∶ 1∶3,the ratio of compound emulsifier DETA,OP-10,JFC-2 is 4 ∶ 6 ∶ 2. The optimum formula of water-based paraffin removal agent WPR-Ⅰ is shown as follows: the contents of composite organic solvent,emulsifier,mutual solvent and water are 30%,15%,5% and 50%,respectively. The flashpoint of paraffin removal agent is 28 ℃,freezing point is-32 ℃,the speed of paraffin dissolution is 0. 042 8 g/min,it exhibits the features of favorable wax removal.
