特高压±800 kV直流输电线路用避雷器的研制 被引量:8

摘要 ±800 kV特高压直流输电线路是中国大电网的重要组成部分,其运行安全与否直接影响中国电网的稳定。特高压直流输电线路输电距离长,沿线地形地貌复杂、雷电活动频繁,雷击闪络已成为影响线路安全运行的一个关键风险点。目前,±500 kV直流线路避雷器已实现开发应用,并且防雷效果显著,但±800 kV直流线路避雷器的研制及应用仍然是空白。为了提高特高压直流输电线路抵御雷击风险能力,研制出了国内首台特高压±800 kV直流输电线路用避雷器。文中设计了±800 kV直流线路避雷器结构,提出了相关技术参数,选择了合乎规格的电阻片及生产工艺,研制出了直流参考电压为960 kV、8/20μs标称放电电流30 k A下残压为1 900 kV、正极性雷电冲击50%放电电压为2 700 kV的±800 kV直流线路避雷器,并通过校核计算及型式试验进行了验证。校核计算及试验结果表明,研制出的±800 kV直流线路避雷器电气性能、机械性能良好,能够有效保护±800 kV直流绝缘子及塔头空气间隙免遭雷击闪络。±800 kV直流线路避雷器的成功研制及应用将为特高压直流线路防雷工作提供强有力的手段。 ±800 kV ultra-high voltage DC (UHVDC) transmission line is an important component of the power grid in China, and its operation state will affect the stability of the power grid directly. UHVDC transmission line features in long transmission distance, complex topography along the line and frequent lightning activity. Lightning flashover has become a key risk point to affect the safe operation of line. At present, ±500 kV DC transmission line arrester has realized the development and application, and lightning protection effect is remarkable. But the development and utilization of ±800 kV DC transmission line arrester is still blank. In order to improve the ability of UHVDC transmission line to resist lightning risk, the first domestic ±800 kV DC transmission line arrester was manufactured. The structure of ±800 kV DC transmission line attester is designed,technical parameters are presented,and the resistor and the production process are selected. The ±800 kV DC transmission line arrester had been developed successfully and verified by the type test,of which the nominal voltage,8/20 ms nominal discharge current 30 kA residual voltage and the positive 50%,4 lighting impulse discharge voltage are 960 kV, 1 900 kV and 2 700 kV,respectively. By means of the type test,it is proved that the electrical and mechanical properties of the line surge arrester are reasonable,which assures the line surge arrester could provide satisfactory protection for the insulator string and air clearance. The successful development and ap-plication of the ±800 kV DC transmission line arrester can provide powerful means for lightning protection of UHVDC transmission line.
