摘要
针对102综采工作面回撤期间瓦斯涌出量大的关键问题,通过对工作面后方巷道进行木垛支护,保证全负压通风,配合上隅角瓦斯抽放技术,工作面回风流中最大瓦斯浓度控制在1.5%以下,而工作面回撤作业空间始终处于进风流中,平均瓦斯浓度基本稳定在0.1%以下。解决了回撤空间通风困难问题和瓦斯涌出量大的问题,保证了工作面安全快速回撤。该回撤方式治理瓦斯技术为以后综采工作面安全快速回撤提供了宝贵的经验。
Aiming at the key problems of gas emission during the retracement of 102 fully mechanized coal mining face,the paper ana-lyzed the total pressure of the roadway in the back of the working face to ensure the total negative pressure ventilation and the gas drain-age technology in the upper corner,the maximum gas concentration was controlled below 1.5% ,while the working area retraction work space is always in the air flow, the average gas concentration was basically stable below 0. 1% . To solve the problem of evacuation space ventilation problems and the large amount of gas emission problems and ensure the safe and rapid retracement of the face. The retreat approach to the management of gas technology has provided valuable experience for the safe and rapid retracement of fully mechanized coal mining face.
