负压封闭引流技术在游离植皮中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术在游离植皮中的应用效果。方法自2013年7月至2015年7月采用负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮治疗四肢皮肤缺损32例(实验组),常规游离植皮治疗皮肤缺损35例(对照组)。比较两组皮肤缺损面积、植皮愈合时间、植皮成活率、植皮感染率。结果两组间皮肤缺损面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组植皮愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组植皮成活率高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术联合游离植皮能缩短愈合时间,提高植皮成活率,降低感染率,是治疗皮肤软组织缺损创面的一种简单、安全、有效、可靠方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of the vaccum sealing drainage technology in the dermatoplasty of cutaneous defects.Methods 67 eases of large skin defect patients were selected from July 2013 to July 2015.All the cases received superficial thickness dermatoplasty.32 cases were experiment group which were covered by VSD and semi-permeable membrane.35 cases were control group which were covered by traditional dermatoplastic package.The area of cutaneous defects, the time of healing of dermatoplasty, the rate of survival, the rate of wound infection in two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in skin defect area between the two groups (P〉0.05).The healing time of skin graft in experimental group was shorter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the infection rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of the VSD in the dermatoplasty of cutaneous defects can shorten the healing time, elevate the success rate of survival, prevent infection.It is a simple, safe, effective and reliable method for the treatment of skin and soft tissue defect wounds.
