摘要
为提高桥梁拉索索力的检测精度及效率,基于振动频率法开发了一种以智能手机为现场终端的高精度便携式无线索力测试系统。该系统将高性能微机电(MEMS)加速度芯片、信号调理模块、数模转换模块、无线wifi电子模块集成开发为信号采集器,频谱分析、索力计算及数据存储由智能手机上的索力测试APP完成,信号采集器与智能手机之间采用无线wifi通信。该系统提高了拉索振动信号的采集质量与信噪比,频率识别精度达到0.1%,具有实时频谱分析、拉索固有频率自动识别等特点,可完全满足桥梁拉索索力测量的工程技术要求,并通过工程应用证实了系统良好的高效性和实用性。
To improve the accuracy and efficiency of bridge cable force testing, a portable wire-less cable force testing system that takes the intelligent cell phone as the site terminal is developed, based on the vibration frequency. The system involves signal collectors developed on the integra-tion of the high performance microelectricomechanical system (MEMS) acceleration chips, signal adjusting modules, digital-analog conversion modules and wireless wifi electric modules. And the processes of spectrum analysis, cable force calculation and data storage are carried out by the cable force testing APP loaded in the intelligent cell phone, and the information conveyance between the signal collectors and the intelligent cell phones is realized through wireless wifi. The system im-proves the collection quality of the cable vibration signals and the signal-noise ratio, and the spec-trum identification accuracy reaches 0.1%, which can conduct real time spectrum analysis,auto-matic identification of natural frequencies of the cables and can meet the technical requirements of cable force testing. The efficiency and applicability of the system has been proved by actual engi-neering practices.
