摘要
作为工商管理类专业主干课程之一的服务营销学是一门实践性很强的课程,其传统的理论或案例教学弊端日益凸显,亟待进行课程改革。文章以项目制为导向,模块化教学内容、细化项目任务,采用项目任务驱动、情景体验和互动评价等教学方法以及过程评价、形成性评价等考核方式,开展服务营销学课程综合改革,以期促进学生思维、方法和习惯等训练,提高学生的服务营销职业能力和实战技能。
As one of the main courses of business administration major, service marketing is a highly practical course, but the drawbacks of traditional theories and case study are gradually appearing, which calls for the course reform. The comprehensive reform of service marketing course should be made with project-oriented. The contents of course should be modularized, and the project task should be elaborated. The teaching methods should be project-oriented, with scene experience and interactive evalu-ation combined. And the assessment should be based on both the process and result. The course reform is targeted to practice the students ’ thought, method and habit, to promote their service marketing capacity and practical skills in the end.
