摘要
针对鄂尔多斯盆地致密气低渗透储层,研制出一种新型防水锁剂,该防水锁剂属于氟碳表面活性剂类型。通过测定新型防水锁剂与鄂尔多斯区块地层水配伍性、表面张力、岩心自吸、接触角、渗透率恢复值等试验,对其性能进行室内评价。结果表明,防水锁处理剂与地层配伍性良好,可使表面张力达到超低,岩心自吸水质量最低,接触角可达到78.6°,渗透率恢复率可达到89.6%。该新型防水锁处理剂能有效预防水锁伤害的产生,对改善鄂尔多斯盆地低渗透气藏的开发具有指导意义。
In consideration of the low permeability tight gas reservoir in Ordos Basin,a new type of water-lock preventing agent was developed,it belonged to a fluorocarbon surfactant.Through the test for determination of its compatibility with formation water,its surface tension,contact angle,self-absorption of core and core permeability recovery,the performance of water-lock preventing agent was evaluated.The results show that the its compatibility is well with formation water,its surface tension can be reduced to the lowest level,the core self-absorption water quality is the lowest,the contact angle can reach 78.6°,the permeability recovery value is 89.6%.Laboratory experiments show that the new type of water-lock preventing agent can effectively prevent the water-lock damage,it provides guidance for the development of low permeability reservoirs in Ordos Basin.
