摘要
为研究基质配比对西番莲扦插生根质量的影响,采用黄心土、菜地土、河沙、炭化谷壳配制10种基质进行西番莲扦插试验。试验结果表明:单一炭化谷壳基质下西番莲扦插的平均生根率、根系数量、最大根长表现最好,分别达到95.16%、11.51条、13.68cm;单一河沙基质下西番莲扦插苗的平均最粗根基径最小,仅为0.69mm;西番莲扦插宜选用炭化谷壳等基质,避免选用黄心土。
Abstract: Effects of medium composition on rooting quality of Passi flora caerulea L, cutting propagation were stud-ied using ten kinds of mediums, which composed by yellow soil, vegetable-garden soil, river sand,and carbonized rice hulls. The results showed that the average rooting rate, root amount and root length were all the best in carbon-ized rice hulls treatment, which were 95, 16%, 11,51 and 13, 68 cm, respectively. The smallest average root diameter appeared in river sand treatment, which was 0. 69 mm. It was proved that the suitable medium for Passi flora caer-ulea L, was carbonized rice hulls, and to avoid using yellow soil.
