摘要
目的探讨护理干预在老年精神障碍患者噎食现象中的作用及效果,以指导临床中对老年精神障碍患者噎食的防范工作。方法对干预组实行护理干预,对照组则实行常规护理,观察并比较两组的噎食情况及干预组前后吞咽功能。结果干预组采用洼田氏饮水试验前后比较的差异具有统计学意义。对照组的噎食发生率和噎食死亡率分别为11.56%和1.44%,干预组的噎食发生率和噎食死亡率分别为4.15%和0.30%,差异均具有统计学意义。结论对老年精神障碍患者采取一系列针对性的护理干预措施,能够有效地降低老年精神障碍患者的噎食发生率及死亡率。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in decreasing choking for elderly patients with mental disorders, in order to guide the clinical work on preventing the occurrence of choking for the elderly patients with mental disorders. Methods The intervention group received nursing intervention and the control group received routine care. Observed and compared the choking situation of two groups, as well as the swallowing function of intervention group before and after implement. Results The intervention group received Watian swallow water test and the difference both before and after the test was statistically significant. The incidence rate of chocking and mortality in intervention group were 11.56% and 1.44%, while that in control group were 4. 15% and 0.30%. The differences had statistical significance. Conclusions Taking a series of targeted nursing intervention for the elderly patients with mental disorders can effectively reduce the choking incidence and mortality.
