摘要
柳蒿是一种历史悠久的药食两用植物,具有"降压菜"、"减肥草"等美誉,被称为达斡尔菜,深受北方民间喜爱,有很好的食用价值,而且营养成分丰富和药用价值高。本文就柳蒿中已发现的化学成分进行了总结,对其中所含的有效化学成分进行了分析和科学展望,为今后柳蒿资源的研究和开发利用提供参考。
Artemisia Integrifolia Linn is a medical and edible plant with a long history,known as the "Buck dish","Slimming grass","Daur food" and so on. It is popular among the northern minorities in China,because it not only has good food value,but also contains high nutritional and medicinal values. In this paper,main chemical constituents,extraction and separation methods of Artemisia Integrifolia Linn were reviewed. The effective chemical composition was analyzed,which could provide reference and direction for the research and development of Artemisia Integrifolia Linn.
