摘要
目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对进入高原人员血氧饱和度及心率的影响。方法:将赴海拔502、2 052、3 572 m区域医疗队员120人,随机分为对照组和受试组,每组60人,用PM-50OSMz脉搏血氧分析仪,测量3个区域不同海拔人员的血氧饱和度及心率。在进入海拔3 572 m的前1d,受试组开始服用复方丹参滴丸12粒/次,3/d,曲美他嗪20 mg/次,3/d,用至巡诊结束,观察两组进入海拔3 572 m后血氧饱和度及心率变化,同时比较进入海拔3 572m前后临床表现计分的改善情况。结果:两组在海拔2 052m时临床表现计分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血氧饱和度和心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在海拔3 572m时临床表现计分比较,受试组有效率为60.0%,对照组有效率为93.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组第7天血氧饱和度(93.46±1.54)%与受试组第5天的血氧饱和度(94.23±1.26)%及对照组第7天的心率(82.02±8.03)/min与受试组第5天的心率(82.25±9.25)/min比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进入海拔2000m以内人员不需药物预防高原反应,进入海拔>3 500m区域时,可选用复方丹参滴丸联用曲美他嗪,能有效改善高原反应的临床表现,并能较好地预防因高原缺氧引起的血氧饱和度下降及高原性心率增快。
Objective:To investigate the influence of compound danshen dropping pill and trimetazidine on blood oxygen saturation and heart rate of medical-team staff ascending to high altitude area.Methods:A total of 120 medical staff who ascending to high altitude of 502,2 052,3 572 m were randomly divided into control group and test group,60 people in each group.Blood oxygen saturation and heart rate in different regons were measured by PM-50 OSMz pulse blood oxygen analyzer,1day before entering into an altitude of 3 572 m,test group started taking compound danshen dropping pill 12/time,3/d,trimetazidine 20mg/time,3/d,to the end of the inspection.Blood oxygen saturation and heart rate changes of two groups were observed and clinical performance score were compared before and after entering into an altitude of 3 572 m.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in clinical scoring between two groups at an altitude of 2 052m(P〉0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in blood oxygen saturation and heart rate(P〉0.05);Two groups of clinical symptoms scoring more at an altitude of 3 572 m,effective rate of test group was 60.0%,and the control group was 93.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05),blood oxygen saturation of control group on the seventh day and test group on the fifth day were(93.46±1.54)% and(94.23±1.26)%,heart rate of control group on the seventh day and test group on the fifth day were(82.02±8.03)/min and(82.25±9.25)/min,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:To get within an altitude of 2000 m people without drug prevention plateau reaction,personnel entering the area above 3 500 m,can choose compound danshen dropping pill and trimetazidine,can reduce clinical manifestations,and prevent oxygen saturation descend and heart rate increase fast.
