摘要
就医选择行为包含两个决策过程:一是患病是否就医,二是就医时如何选择医疗机构。本研究通过问卷调查法研究中老年患者就医选择行为的影响因素,结合描述性统计法对调查结果进行分析,并以居民类型、收入水平、是否参加医疗保险为自变量,以患病是否就医为因变量,借用logit模型实证各因素对中老年患者选择就医的影响。同时,采用深度采访法了解患者不就医的主要顾虑。研究发现,居民类型、收入水平和是否参加医疗保险对就医选择行为均有显著正向影响,但医疗保险的影响较为复杂,还与医疗保险报销限制有关;健康意识是影响我国农村中老年患者是否就医的首要因素;医疗质量和就医条件便利度是影响医疗机构选择的重要因素。
Hospital choice for medical consultation contains two decision-making process：Whether or not to seek medical treatments and how to choose medical institution.In this thesis,the influencing factors of the choice behavior of elderly patients were investigated by questionnaire.The survey results were analyzed by the descriptive statistics method.The type of residents,income levels,whether to participate in health insurance is uesed as the independent variable.And to the prevalence of medical treatment is used as a dependent variable.Logit model is used to study the effects of various factors on the choice of medical treatment in elderly patients in this thesis.At the same time I use in-depth interview method to understand the main concerns of patients without medical treatment.It is found that the types of residents,income and whether to participate in medical insurance have a significant impact on the choice of medical treatment,but the impact of health insurance is more complex,and it is also related to Medicare reimbursement restrictions;Health awareness is the most important factor affecting the elderly in rural areas in China. The medical quality and the convience of medical treatments are the important factors that influence the selection of medical institutions.
