摘要
介绍了辐照技术在食品保藏上的应用和优点 ,以及电离辐射对食品营养成分和活细胞的影响 ,从不同角度说明了辐照食品的卫生安全性 ;对辐照食品技术的应用现状及发展前景进行了初步探讨。
Application and advantages of irradiation technology in food preservation and effects of irradiation on food nutrient composition and living cells were introduced in detail.The safety of irradiation food was explained from different angles.Application status and developmental future of irradiation preservation of food were also studied.
