摘要
压缩机脚垫是空调系统必不可少的关键物料,在压缩机运转过程中,电机旋转引起系统的振动、噪音问题对其可靠性、稳定性影响很大,用于支撑压缩机的脚垫可有效降低压缩机的振动,减弱噪音。通过对比选择合适形状、材料的压缩机脚垫,对空调系统噪音、振动有着非常重要的影响。本文通过测试对比不同材料的压缩机脚垫在同一空调系统中的系统运行噪音、振动情况,来说明压缩机脚垫关键参数:硬度和弹簧系数与空调器系统噪音和振动之间的关系。
Compressor mat is the key material for the air conditioning system. During the compressor running, the vibration and noise caused by rotation of compressor motor will greatly affect the reliability and stability. The supporting mat of compressor can effectively reduce the shake and noise. Compressor mats of different materials and shape will have important impact on the vibration and noise of air conditioning system.In this paper, by testing different materials which affected on the vibration and noise, we concluded the key parameters of compressor mat: hardness, spring constant and their relationship.
