摘要
近期研究发现炎症反应与肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭、原发性肝癌的病情进展呈正相关并影响其预后,而中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率(NLR)作为炎症反应的标志物,计算简便、可重复性好,对判断其预后有良好前景。介绍了NLR与肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭、原发性肝癌预后的相关研究进展,认为NLR对肝硬化、慢加急性肝衰竭及原发性肝癌的预后判断有重要意义,但对于不同疾病最佳截点的选取仍存在争议,尚需进一步研究。
Recent studies have found that inflammatory response is positively associated with the progression of liver cirrhosis, acute - on - chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer and can affect their prognosis, and as a marker for inflammatory response, neutrophil/lympho- cyte ratio （NLR） is easy to calculate, has good repeatability, and holds promise for prognostic evaluation. This article introduces the research advances in the association of NLR with the prognosis of liver cirrhosis, acute - on - chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer and points out that NLR plays an important role in evaluating the prognosis of liver cirrhosis, acute - on - chronic liver failure, and primary liver cancer. However, there are still controversies over the selection of optimal cut - off values for different diseases, and further studies are needed.
