摘要
近年来MOOCs在高等教育领域快速发展并掀起一轮学习变革热潮,然而其学习者持续参与度不高,课程完成率低等问题也日益凸显。对学习者MOOCs平台的参与行为及影响因素进行分析有助于优化MOOCs平台建设和实践。文章基于MOA(动机-机会-能力)理论对MOOCs平台学习者参与行为进行分析,围绕动机、机会、能力3个方面提出了相关研究假设,并设计相应的调查问卷进行数据收集,利用结构方程模型分析方法对假设进行验证,分析了MOOCs学习者参与行为的影响因素。研究表明求知动机、兴趣动机、自我提升动机是激发学习者参与MOOCs学习的主要动机,且求知动机对学习者参与MOOCs学习的影响效应最大;感知有用性、感知易用性及学习者的个体能力也是影响MOOCs学习者参与行为的重要因素。围绕实证分析的结果,文章从加强课程资源建设、提供个性化课程服务、完善MOOCs认证机制、加强学习社区建设、优化平台设计、提高个人能力等方面提出了建议。
In recent years, MOOCs has developed rapidly in the field of higher education and set off a wave of learning ten- dency. However, the problems are becoming increasingly prominent such as low participation rate and low completion rate of the learners etc. It is helpful to optimize the construction and practice of MOOCs platform by analyzing the factors affecting participa- tion behavior of MOOCs learners. This paper researched the participation behavior of MOOCs learners with reference to the MOA (Motivation - Opportunity- Ability) theory. From three aspects of motivation, opportunity and ability, this paper proposed the research hypotheses and uses structural equation model to validate the model and analyzes the influencing factors of the participation behavior of MOOCs learners by the data from the questionnaire. The result showed that epistemic motivation, interest motivation, and self- enhancement motivation were the main motivations to stimulate learners to participate in MOOCs learning, and epistemic motivation had the highest positive correlation with participation of MOOCs. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and learner's individual ability had significant positive correlations with MOOCs participation behavior. Finally, some suggestions were discussed based on the results of data analysis, such as strengthening curriculum resources, providing personalized service pro- grams, perfecting authentication mechanism, strengthening the construction of learning community, optimizing platform design, improving individual ability.
