摘要
航空发动机涡轮叶片长期工作在高温、高压的恶劣环境中,容易出现热障涂层脱落、烧蚀、裂纹、腐蚀等损伤。分析了高压涡轮叶片损伤产生的原因,介绍了实际中常见的几种损伤类型,并对其检测技术进行了阐述。
Aero-engine turbine blades usually work in a bad condition with high temperature and high pressure, which results in blade damages such as losing of thermal barrier coatings, crack, corrosion. This paper analyzes the reasons for high pressure turbine blade damages. Besides, several kinds of common damages are introduced, and the corresponding detection techniques are put forward.
