摘要
传统Boost PFC输入电流纹波及输出电压纹波较大,适用功率等级也较小,在相同的功率等级下,电感电流连续模式交错并联Boost PFC电路中的每个开关器件的电流应力为传统PFC的1/2,减小了输入电流纹波和输出电压纹波。文中设计了5 k W的基于UCC28070的交错并联变换器,分析了系统的主电路和控制电路的工作原理和参数设计,在理论研究的基础上,搭建了试验样机,实验结果表明,所设计的硬件电路满足设计要求。
The current ripple and voltage ripple are large in the traditional Boost PFC and the current stress of interleaved Boost PFC is half of the traditional one at the same power level. The current ripple and voltage ripple are smaller in interleaved Boost PFC. A 5 kW interleaved Boost PFC based on UCC28070 is designed in this paper. The operation principle and parameter design of the main circuit and control cireuit are analyzed in detail. On the basis of theoretical research, the experimental prototype is built and the test results meet the design requirements.
