摘要 超宽带微波接收前端是超宽带微波阵列接收机的核心电路,决定了接收机的噪声、动态、抗干扰等多项关键指标,而小型化、集成化设计更是微波超宽带前端研究的主要方向。文中通过对微波超宽带前端使用要求及技术方案的分析,结合专用多功能芯片设计及系统集成设计,实现了一个新型的小型化双通道微波超宽带接收前端模块。整个模块尺寸仅为50 mm×36 mm×15 mm,工作频率2~18 GHz,采用8段集成开关预选滤波器芯片实现全频段覆盖,典型增益26~30 d B,噪声系数<6.5 d B。 Ultra - wideband microwave receiver front - end is the core circuit of ultra - wideband microwave ar-ray receiver and determines a number of key indicators such as noise, dynamic, and anti - jamming, and miniaturiza-tion and integrated design are the major trends for the microwave ultra broadband front - end. Based on the analysis of the requirements and technical solutions for microwave ultra - wideband front - end, a new type of miniature dual channel microwave ultra - wide - band receiver front - end module is realized by combining the special function of the chip design and system integration design. The module is only 50 mm ×36 mm × 15 mm in size, with an operating frequency of 2 - 18 GHz. The integrated chips with 8 band switch - pre - filter are used to achieve the full frequency range, with a typical gain of 26 to 30 dB, and a noise figure of less than 6.2dB.
