摘要
万达茂文旅综合体规模巨大、功能繁多,从灭火救援、防火分隔、安全疏散等方面影响建筑消防安全。以某万达茂综合体防火设计为例,提出遵循国家消防技术标准设计、各功能单元之间独立和留出室外安全空间、强化疏散诱导和客流监控、消防安全管理纳入建筑防火设计等措施。
Wanda Mall commercial complex has large architectural scale and various functions which will affect the building＇ s fire safety in terms of firefighting and rescue, fire separation and personnel evacuation. This paper focuses on the fire prevention design of Wanda Mall commercial complex in Wuxi, and puts forward some measures, such as designing the complex with the national technical standards on fire protection, keeping functional units independent with security space between them, intensifying guidance for safe evacuation and traffic monitoring, bringing the fire safety management into fire prevention design of the building and so on.
