摘要
针对HXD1D型电力机车运用过程中发生的多起制动盘拉伤擦出火花的故障,经过认真解体分析,认定是由于制动盘与闸片间隙太小和制动闸片的结构设计缺陷导致。通过改造制动夹钳的内部结构和制定定期清扫制动盘的有效措施,防止了此类故障的发生。
A number of HXD1D type locomotive brake disc strain sparks fault occurred in the running process, by carefully disassembly analyzing, that is of the brake piece design flaws. Through measures for regular cleaning of the brake because the brake disc and brake clearance is too small and the structure reforming the internal structure of brake clamps and formulate effective disc, prevents the occurrence of such failures.
