摘要
基于宁波国际金融服务中心南区工程特点,分别提出了地下室分建及合建时的基坑支护方案。采用MIDAS/GTS软件分析了基坑受力、变形规律,从经济性、安全性及施工便利性等多角度对地下室分建、合建时的基坑支护方案进行对比研究,并将有限元计算结果与现场监测结果进行对比,验证了合建方案的合理性。研究成果可为软土地区相邻地块联合开发时地下室设计及基坑支护选型提供参考和借鉴。
According to the engineering characteristics of the southern district of Ningbo International Financial Services Centre, foundation pit supporting schemes were proposed for individual construction and combining construction of the basement respectively. The software MIDAS/GTS was used to analyze mechanism and deformation law of the foundation pit supporting schemes, and individual construction and combining construction schemes of the basement were compared and studied from perspectives of cost, safety and construction convenience. Finally, the rationality of the combining construction scheme was verified by comparing the results from FEM and those from the field monitoring. The research achievements could provide references for basement design and foundation pit supporting scheme selection in joint development of some adjacent plots in soft soil area.
