材用樟树子代测定及优良家系选择 被引量:4

摘要 该研究通过南平市郊教学林场的8年生樟树家系测定林(7个种源60个家系)的生长性状的调查分析,结果表明:材用香樟子代家系的各个生长性状均存在极显著差异,且各个生长性状变幅较大,表明不同家系生长差异较大,而且材用香樟子代家系的个体间的差异较大;各个生长性状均有较高的遗传力,分别是95.63%、91.66%和81.65%,表明材用香樟的生长性状受中等或强度的遗传控制,具有改良的潜力。通过一般配合力相对效益值分析法选择,有11个家系(JO-1、YA-1、YP-15、YP-19、YP-25、YP-27、YP-30、YX-1、YX-3、YX-4、ZP-14)入选为优良家系,其树高、地径和材积的平均遗传增益分别是17.12%、26.58%和65.57%。 Through survey analysis of growth characters of Nanping suburb teaching forest of 8 years health camphor family determination forest (7a provenance 60a family), research results showed that:all growth characters of timber camphor descendant family exists very significantly differences, and all growth characters variable site larger, showed that different family growth differences larger, and timber camphor descendant family of individual between of differences larger; all growth characters has high genetic force, respectively 95.63%, and 91.66% and 81.65%, showed that, fragrant timber camphor tree growth under moderate or strong genetic control, has the potential to improve. By GCA relative benefit analysis method to select, there are 11 family (JO- 1, YA- 1, YP- 15, YP- 19, YP-25, YP-27, YP-30, YX- 1, YX-3, YX-4, ZP- 14), selected as the superior family, tree height, diameter and volume of the average genetic gain, and 17.12% and 65.57%, respectively.
