摘要
培养0-3岁儿童早期教育师资是办好0-3岁儿童早期教育的基础工作,培养足够数量的合格教师是当前0-3岁儿童早期教育发展过程中亟待解决的核心问题。文章从职前与职后两个角度分析了当前0-3岁儿童早期教育师资培养的现状和困境,思考并提出0-3岁儿童早期教育师资培养的建议,以供参考。
Teachers" training is the basic work to early education of children aged 0-3 years. In the development of the early education of 0-3 year- old children, the key problem is to develop a sufficient number of enough qualified teachers. This article analyzes the current situation and difficulties of teachers" training in 0-3 year-old children's early education before and after working, and puts forward some suggestions on teachers training for 0-3 year-old children's early education.
