英国大学参与区域经济社会发展的政策研究

摘要 20世纪末以来,英国政府鼓励大学积极参与区域经济社会发展。文章从国家法律法规政策支持、国家激励政策工具、地方法律法规政策影响、区域性经济伙伴关系确立和大学创业项目启动等方面,对英国大学参与区域经济社会发展的政策进行解读,以期对我国大学参与区域发展的政策制定提供借鉴和参考。
