摘要
通过浮选试验和浮选溶液化学计算研究了铁离子和铅离子对白钨矿与石英浮选的影响。结果表明,油酸钠捕收剂时,在pH=6~10范围内铅离子对白钨矿与石英浮选的影响较小,而铁离子对石英的活化能力明显强于白钨矿,不利于白钨矿与石英的分离;当pH=10~11.0时,铅离子和铁离子对白钨矿与石英可浮性的影响逐渐减弱;当pH=11.0时铅离子对白钨矿有抑制剂作用,不利于白钨矿与石英分离,而铁离子基本不影响白钨矿与石英的浮选分离。浮选溶液化学计算表明,Fe(OH)_3(S)与油酸钠反应所对应的pH范围决定了白钨矿与石英被活化的pH区间,而Pb^(2+)离子、Pb(OH)^+离子以及Pb(OH)_2(S)则是铅离子活化白钨矿和石英的主要原因。
The influences of lead and ferric ions on the scheelite and quartz flotation were investiga-ted through flotation tests and flotation chemical calculation. The results indicated that, in the pH range of 6 -9, the addition of lead ions had a weak influence on the difference of flotation recovery between scheelite and quartz. The activating effects of ferric ions on quartz was much stronger than that on scheelite, which hindered the flotation separation of scheelite from quartz. At pH 10-11.0, the activating effects of lead and ferric ions on scheelite recovery and quartz recovery de-creased with the increasing pH. At pH 11.0, the ferric ions had no effect on the scheelite recovery while the lead ions decreased the scheelite recovery and blocked the flotation separation of scheelite from quartz. The flotation chemical calculation indicted that chemical reaction of Fe ( OH) 3 ( S ) and sodium oleate determine the pH range of activation for scheelite and quarts; while the Pb2+ , Pb(OH) + and Pb (OH)2(S) were the main species at different pH, which could improve the re-covery of scheelite and quartz.
