摘要
近年来,我国页岩气井开发主要由国外公司提供连续油管作业技术和服务,随着国内页岩气井的不断加深,连续油管作业难度不断增加,优选一套国产连续油管作业技术是当务之急。本文针对国内页岩气井井深不断增加的特点,分析了页岩气井水平段长、压裂分段级数多、施工压力高和连续油管下入磨阻增加以及打捞困难等难点,通过探索与实践对连续油管工具、钻磨工具串和地面流程进行不断优化和现场试验,优选了合适尺寸的国产连续油管及井下工具并优化出了一套适用于连续油管钻除桥塞及带压清理井筒的技术。该技术在100余口页岩气井中得到成功使用,现场应用取得了一系列新的成果和技术指标,桥塞钻除率达到100%,单井钻塞最多29支,一趟钻钻除桥塞20支。
Recently, coiled tubing(CT) service technology and service from abroad has been used for developing Shale Gas Field of China. With deeper shale gas wells,it's harder for CT operational technology and it's urgent to optimize a set of domestic CT technology. With features of shale gas wells such as long lateral,many stages, high operational pressure and more friction & hard for fishing, through continuous research this paper optimized for CT, down hole tools and ground equipment, and optimized a set of technology suitable for drilling&milling and clean borehole with CT. Field application in more than 100 wells demonstrated that a series of new index were developed including drilling& milling rate of bridge plugs raised to 100%,plugs drilled & milled in single well came up to 29, bridge plugs drilled & milled in one trip amounted to 20.
