摘要
采用大孔径硅铝材料和磷复合改性技术制备了新型高效抗钙催化剂,并将其用于中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置中。工业应用表明:加入高效抗钙催化剂后,回炼油平均液位由60%降至40%,反应温度从最高515℃降至最低502℃,催化剂单耗也呈下降趋势,加工量逐渐提高至145 t/h;随着高效抗钙催化剂的加入,产物总液体平均收率由81.0%增至83.1%,汽油平均收率由45.5%提高至47.0%,柴油基本不变,满足了提高汽油收率,降低柴汽比的要求。
A new anti -calcium catalyst was pre- pared by phosphorus modified macroporous silica alumina materials technology, and it was applied in a 1.4 Mt/a heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The in- dustrial application results showed that after adding the new anti - calcium catalyst, the average liquid level of heavy cycle oil decreased from 60% to 40%, the reaction temperature decreased from the highest 515 ℃ to the lowest 502 ℃ , the catalyst consumption also showed a declining trend, and the processing capacity increased to 145 t/h. With adding the new high efficiency anti -calcium cata- lyst, the average total liquid yield increased from 81.0% to 83.1%, gasoline yield increased from 45.5% to 47.0% ,and the diesel oil yield was equal to that in the previous period which could meet the requirement of the improving the yield of gasoline and reducing ratio of diesel to gasoline.
