减重平板步行训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的:观察减重平板步行训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法:3~6岁痉挛型脑瘫患儿总计60例,随机将其分为观察组(n=30例)和对照组(n=30例)。两组患儿均接受常规康复训练,观察组患儿在常规训练基础上增加每日一次减重平板步行训练,每次15min。两组患儿接受康复治疗3个月,分别于治疗前、后采用粗大运动功能测试量表的D区、E区和足印分析法进行评价。结果:接受治疗3个月后,两组患儿的粗大运动功能测试量表D区、E区评分和足印分析结果显示两组与各自治疗前相比较均有提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组粗大运动功能测试量表的D区、E区评分和足印分析结果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:减重平板步行训练能有助于提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能,可改善患儿的步行和日常生活活动能力。 Objective : To observe the effects of body weight supported treadmill training in children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy (CP). Methods: Sixty spastic diplegia CP children aged 3 -6 years were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). All children were treated with routine rehabilitation training. The control group received body weight supported treadmill trainingl5 minutes once per day. In addition, they were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) D and E dimension and footprint analysis at the beginning and at the end of the three months of treatment course, respectively. Results: 3 months later, the scores of D and E dimension and footprint analysis significantly improved in both groups after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). The observation group scores were significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Body weight supported treadmill training can further improve the Gross Motor Function Classification System in children and walking ability of children with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy.
